The Transcat 21050E Provides the technician with a portable 24V power source for powering field transmitters
During startups, shutdowns, overhaul periods, ect. field loops are not usually energized – and yet the technician is still expected to be able to install, test and calibrate field instruments. The 21050E fills this need.

Disconnects the battery from the internal 24V boost converter. The quiescent operating current of the internal power supply is approximately 110uA. This results in a battery drain of only 1% per 24 hour period if the unit is left on with no load. - Output Terminals
The 24V output terminals are flush mounted miniature banana jacks. - Current Monitor Jack
The current monitor jack is a normally closed, 2.1 x 5.5 mm DC jack in series with the 24V output. To power a transmitter and simultaneously monitor the loop current, insert the current monitor cable into the current monitor jack and attach the other end to a reference millammeter
